If Settled isn’t for you, you get your money back. Where you bought it decides who gives it back.

Bought in the app

A table bought in the app is sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund it. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in the App Store under your name, in Purchase History. We can’t see or refund Apple purchases ourselves.

Bought on settled.games

A year of your own table bought on our website is sold by Paddle, our reseller. Within 30 days of buying it, or of the day it renews, ask and you get all of it back, with no reason needed. Write to support@ninefathoms.com from the address you bought with, or reply to Paddle’s receipt. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within a few days, and the table stops being yours when the refund is made. After 30 days we look at each request kindly, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply.

Stopping a renewal is not a refund

You can stop a year from renewing at any time, on the buy page once you sign in, or by writing to us. It stays open until the end of the time you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account stops the renewal too.
